期刊催缺Koha的特殊功能, 要做幾個設定才能使用, 在設定上來說, 要先做以下設定
1. 請至「工具--通知 & 收條」點選「新增通知」, 模組請選「催缺期刊卷期」,代碼請用「SERIALCLAIM」, 名稱用「Serials Claim Issue」, 訊息主題用「Serial Claim」/「期刊催缺」
2. 內容可使用以下的模版修改

3. 檢查期刊有無設定供應商, 若無則新增一個供應商. 位置在「採訪--新增供應商」,聯絡人除了要記得留「電子郵件信箱」外, 「連續性出版品主要連絡人、連繫最新刊期事宜？」也請打勾, 不然會寄不出去哦.
4. 一旦您設定好供應商資料, 您可至「期刊」的「催缺」, 接著選擇供應商, 選定後, 按「送出」.
5. 系統會把各期刊最近期數列出, 方便館員追踪, 選擇要通知的期數後, 按下「送出通知」即可將期刊催還通知寄給供應商
